He established MCM, Ltd. and purchased roll former machines that fabricates the steel frameworks of any structure patterned after the principle of manufacturing airplane frameworks - designed to have strength, lightness, pressure, structural, thermal acoustic, fire, weather, earthquake, and corrosion principles.
Skilled labor is very expensive in London and Europe - especially in the traditional construction industry and this led MCM, Ltd. to find the alternative solution through the computer and fully automatic fabrication system using the MCM system. It's the computer system of fabricating the sections complete with notches, holes, cuts and precise rivet joineries that reduces the skilled manpower requirements cutting the assembly time by as much as 300%. By reducing measurements, fittings, welding, drilling, hauling (the machines do these) efficiency and cost reduction are achieved tremendously.
Now, MCM, Ltd. (UK) was established in the Philippines as its Asia-Pacific regional headquarters to bring the "RYTEBUILT Building Systems" - a leading provider of quality products, services and a cutting edge system of technology.

Design and Structural Accuracy
- We design your architectural and engineering CAD file on our software. Design the scructural process that would lighten the building, strengthen the structural integrity, minimizing labor, hauling and guesswork measurements.
- The CAD design generates the total steel frames and structural profile length to an accuracy of less than 1mm per 5 meters.
- Each component is roll formed, shaped for assembly pre-punched and very accurately sheared to length ready for riveting.
- We offer basic fabrication of sections on per linear measurements, erection, training/supervision and/or actual steel frame implementation.
- We can lease/sell/maintain the MCM Rytebuilt machines.
