Am I required to maintain my subscription for a minimum length of time?
The offer for a free first cleaning is only valid if you maintain your subscription for at least six months. If you cancel before six months, we may charge you a cancellation fee equal to one month's total.
Can I sign up for this subscription for my home?
This offer is only for businesses. If you are seeking service for your home, please contact us for a custom estimate.
Does this subscription include second floor windows?
No. This subscription only includes first floor windows.
What areas is this offer valid for?
We are offering this special subscription to businesses located in Milton-Freewater or Athena Oregon.
Can I request your services if I'm not eligible for this offer?
Yes! Please contact us to request an estimate. We are happy to serve other areas such as Umapine, Weston, and more. We also clean Residential windows, and provide a variety of other services.
How does scheduling or notifications work?
Exterior-only plans include cleaning and notification upon completion. We will come to your place of business once per month, clean the exterior windows, and notify you after we are finished. You do not need to be present as long as the windows are accessible. We will try to space out the cleanings as evenly as possible, with approximately four weeks between each one. However, in some cases (due to circumstances) we may need to adjust the schedule to be closer or further apart. In any event, we will still come each month if the weather allows.
Interior plans require scheduled access. We will discuss a schedule with you in advance, and then plan accordingly. If adjustments are needed, we will also discuss this with you first.
Will my subscription continue in the winter?
It depends on the weather. Cleanings may be suspended during months of consistent freezing temperatures. No charges will apply during these months. If you have already been billed and we cannot come, we will apply a credit to your account for the following month.
Can I combine this special offer with other discounts, such as your first-service discount or referral discount?
No. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
Are there reasons why this offer may close before the end date?
Yes. This offer is limited and may close before the end date due to sign-up limits, window accessibility issues, distance from the city center, or other valid reasons.
Is my sign-up guaranteed when I submit the sign-up form?
No. We reserve the right to inspect the location and confirm pane counts, window accessibility, and other conditions before approving your sign up.
