How long does it take to hear from you?
We usually respond within one to two business days.
What information should I include when requesting an estimate?
Try to fill out all of the fields, to the extent you can. For example, it is very helpful to know your address, the number of window panes, and how many floors you have. Don't worry about getting the counts perfect, just give your best estimate. In the notes field, please explain any other details that can help us get an idea of the size of the job. For example, when was the last time your windows were professionally cleaned? Are they difficult to access (such as if there are plants in front of them)? What is the state of the tracks and screens? And so forth. Please also let us know whether you are looking to clean exterior, interior, or both. If you're not sure, that's okay, we can help figure it out.
Do you offer estimates over the phone or by text or email? Or just in-person?
It may be possible for us to give you an approximate estimate over the phone or by text or email, based on the details you send. However, this isn't always the case. And either way, we need to visit your location in person before we can give a final firm estimate.
Can I schedule an estimate and cleaning at the same time?
Yes. If you're ready to move forward, we're often able to take care of the cleaning while we are already at your location. Or you can schedule it for the future if you prefer. In some cases, depending on our schedule, we may not be able to clean right away after our estimate and may need to schedule it for a future day.
Do I need to be home or at my business for the estimate?
It is best if you are present for the estimate. We can pick a time for it that works for your schedule.
